SEGA has given a very shaky date for their upcoming release, Alien vs. Predator. The new title is being made by the same developers that were responsible for the original, Rebellion. AvP has been dated for worldwide release in February 2010. The new title takes place on the Freya’s Prospect colony.
Players will once again get to soil themselves as the outclassed Marines, stalk from the shadows as the Predator and eat anything that moves as the terrifying Alien. Three-way multiplayer is the big feature being touted with this incarnation of AvP.
AvP remains in the realm of the First Person Shooter with this remake on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. To check out some preview videos of Alien versus Predator, head here.
