The Playstation Store and Xbox Live will have Call of Duty: World at War’s Map Pack 3 available for download tomorrow, 6 August. The Xbox version of the update will cost 800 Microsoft Points while the Playstation version is going for $9.99. That’s around R80 in local currency.
The PC version of the Map Pack has not yet been dated but if the download follows the same pattern as previous releases, it will be available free of charge from CallofDuty.com shortly for PC players.
Map Pack 3 contains three new multiplayer maps as well as an updated zombie map called Der Riese (Zombie Factory). Battery is a close-quarters map set on El Fraile Island in the Philippines. Breach is set in Berlin around Brandenburg game and is supposed to be a fast-moving map. Revolution is a larger Russian map that will apparently play well for snipers.
